Sprouted wheat bread / Tuna fish / Lettuce, Tomato and Onion

Meal 4 (Mid - afternoon snack)

Peach - 1 large

Meal 5 (Dinner)

Baked Potato - 1 medium
Steamed Spinach
Olive oil - 1 tbsp
