Do you spend countless hours in an Airport waiting for your flight? Or get stuck in a meetings, mostly very late meetings? Or sometimes the Hotel you stay at serve breakfast loaded with high calorie food choices?
You have come to the right place.
Few tips to eat healthy when you're travelling. :

Pack small nutrition bars, meal replacement powders, nuts, trail mix, granola and fat & salt free pretzels. They are nutritious and act as a great snack when you're on plane. This may help to keep your weight in check and also provide your body with the fat and energy it requires.

When you're travelling you might be offered a variety of drinks. Diet Soda, Sugar sweetened beverages and Fresh squeezed juices only increase the sugar cravings. Choose water, Coffee or Tea in order to wet your palate and it helps you to be alert. Keep it plain and simple in order to boost your overall health.

Sometimes you might start stuffing yourself with chips, cakes, doughnuts or anything you can get your hands on. It is similar to eating in front of the TV or Computer. As you know, this could lead to excess weight gain! So, be mindful of what you're eating. :)

Skip all those weight promoting food choices available at the Airport or Meetings. Instead choose freshly cut fruit, vegetables or handful of nuts to satisfy your cravings. This may keep you in control of your portions and satisfy your body with the nutrients it require.

Add Intensity To Your Muscle Building Workout

One of the biggest difficulties facing bodybuilders is how can they be sure that all muscle fibers have been recruited and exhausted during a given exercise and it is only by achieving this that muscle gains can be maximized.

Few techniques that will help to increase your muscle growth:

Increase resistance
Increasing the weight lifted in meaningful increments ensures the muscle is pushed beyond its previous point of failure thus maintaining the muscle building process. Aim to increase the weight when you reach six to eight reps and failure does not occur.

Change the exercise
To achieve maximal gains, all muscle fibers in a body part must be trained. Introducing a new exercise will stimulate growth.

Reduce rest intervals
Giving the muscles less time to recover before exposing them to further work has the effect of increasing intensity.

Introduce supersets
This involves performing two exercises for the same muscle group without a rest interval. This means you have to utilize different muscle fi…
