Not everyone knows about the right food to eat to lose fat easily. Protein, Fats and Carbohydrates will help increase your metabolism and boost your lean mass to help you get rid of your unwanted fat. 

Here's a list of top five fat loss foods according to me. Adding these five foods into your balanced diet will help you to provide essential nutrients to your body and help you shed the unwanted fat.



1. Whey Protein 

 This is the byproduct of cheese manufacturing. The liquid that is left over is purified and made into Whey powder. It is packed with essential Amino acids. Researches show only 56 grams of whey protein a day can help you lose weight without restricting your energy intake. This resulted in a drop of 4 pounds, 1 inch of the waist and 5 pounds of body fat. Great! Isn't it?


2. Sprouted Whole Grain Bread 

This bread is made from sprouted wheat berry, picked, grounded up and then added to the mixture. So, it is flourless.  It provides more vitamins, minerals, essential amino acids and fiber. You can make yummy and healthy sandwiches with SWG (Sprouted whole grain) breads.  


3. Apples or Pears

Apple and pears can add more fiber to you diet. So what makes Greek yogurt better than the typical yogurt? Our typical Yogurt is filtered twice whereas Greek Yogurt is filtered thrice resulting in a creamy texture. It is high in protein and lower in carbohydrates compared to the usual one. This is a perfect food for diabetic people and for people who eat low-carb food. If you don't like the taste then you can add nuts or honey into it for a sweet and savory treat.  


5. Eggs

Eggs have amazing fat fighting powers. One egg have high quality protein and essential nutrients like choline all in 70 calories. You can pair eggs with a piece of whole wheat toast or an apple or a pear. This will provide your body with fat fighting nutrients, plenty of fiber making you feel fuller for longer duration.
However, select egg whites over the yolk.
