Avocado Smoothie

Avocado contains healthy fats which are essential for our body. Avocado smoothie is not just healthy its delicious.

You will need:

* Avocado
* A glass of Skimmed Milk
* Honey or three tablespoons of Sugar 

Preparation:

1. Take the avocado and remove its peel gently with a peeler.
2. Cut the Avocado into halves and remove the seed.
3. Then cut the Avocado halves into small cubes or slices.
4. Add the Avocado Slices/Cubes into a blender.
5. Add Milk and Sugar.
6. BLEND! and Avocado Smoothie is ready!

* My sister adds mint leaves into her smoothie. They make you feel refreshing. 
* If you are a Nutella lover, then you may add one spoon of it into your smoothie. They taste even yummier! 
* You can also add a spoon of fresh yogurt into your smoothie. 
* Don't want sugar? Try Honey! They make your smoothie taste sweet and honey has got many beauty as well as fitness benefits!
* You can combine it with other fruits too! Bananas, Pear, Cherries, Mango, Berries, Oranges and what not! These fruits make your smoothie even more nutritious!
