Fat Loss Fruits

Consuming fruits will help you lose weight, not their juice. Juice have more calories than just the fruit.
1. BANANA
* Bananas are low in calories ie. one banana is of 100 calories and have plenty of fiber and resistant starch.
Resistant starches are carbohydrates which act like dietary fiber.
* They give satiety value.
* Bananas also have tons of Vitamins and Minerals like Potassium, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Calcium and many more.
Bananas help your body burn more fat.
Bananas are also known as 'Athlete's Food.'
I usually increase the intake of banana mostly when I have my track field events. You must do it too.

2. MANGOES
Who doesn't love Mangoes?
* Mangoes contain 130 calories and 3 grams of fat burning fiber.
* They are filled with Vitamin A, Vitamin B1 (Thiamine), Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin), Vitamin B3 (Niacin), Potassium and many other minerals.
* These Vitamins are powerful in fighting cold, flu viruses as well as protecting against harmful effects of free radicals.
* Although they are full of sugar, they are still considered to be fat fighting fruit.
Mangoes are enjoyed by everyone in my family specially my younger sister Siddiqa. :)

3. GRAPES
* Grapes are low in calories (One cup of grapes makes 100 calories).
* It is the perfect fruit which can be included in any weight loss plan.
* They are also fat free food.
* Grapes contain plenty of Vitamin C and others which are essential for good health.
* Red Grapes are better than Green Grapes. Red Grapes contain more antioxidants which improve many aspects of health.
What are you waiting for? Go ahead and enjoy a cup of grapes! :)

If you are a person who enjoys sweet or calorie-laden snack foods, you should try adding these fruits into your daily diet. These fruits can satisfy your sweet tooth as well as decrease your calorie intake. However, take them in small amounts.

    1. Don't get scared when you hear the word 'FAT.' Fats are of two, good and bad. Avocados are high in fat, but they are healthy fats that are essential for our body. Likewise Bananas are good for our body too. Have your fruits! They contain natural sugar, not added sugar. You are supposed to avoid fruits which have added sugar.
Grapes provide satiety value, they make you feel fuller for longer time.
      Thanks! :)

  10. My developer is trying to convince me to move to .net from PHP.
I have always disliked the idea because of the expenses.
But he's tryiong none the less. I've been using Movable-type on a number of
websites for about a year and am nervous about switching to another platform.
I have heard great things about blogengine.net.
Is there a way I can import all my wordpress posts into it?

Honey | Cleansing Agent

The benefits of honey go beyond its great taste. A great natural source of carbohydrate which provides strength and energy to our body, honey is known for its effectiveness in instantly boosting the performance, endurance and reduce muscle fatigue of athletes. Its natural sugar plays an important role in preventing fatigue during exercise. The glucose in honey is absorbed by the body quickly and gives an immediate energy boost, while the fructose is absorbed more slowly providing sustained energy. Cocoa | Benefits

Cocoa, which comes from the cocoa bean, has been shown to have protective health benefits when ingested in moderate amounts.  Some potential benefits of cocoa have been shown in cardiovascular health and improvements in eye and brain function.
Yes, no mistake about it, I did put cocoa and weight loss in the same sentence.  Cocoa is the non-fat product of cocoa liquor also known as 'crème de cacao'. Now, when you see 'liquor' you may say there's Alcohol in it! The truth is there is no Alcohol in Cocoa Liquor, it is simply a liquid form of chocolate. It is full of flavanols which have been shown to exhibit some amazing health benefits in the body. Current research shows that cocoa has benefits not only in the way our bodies handle antioxidants, powerful nutrients that help in battling oxidative stress, but also aids in weight loss.

Add Intensity To Your Muscle Building Workout

One of the biggest difficulties facing bodybuilders is how can they be sure that all muscle fibers have been recruited and exhausted during a given exercise and it is only by achieving this that muscle gains can be maximized.

Few techniques that will help to increase your muscle growth:

Increase resistance
Increasing the weight lifted in meaningful increments ensures the muscle is pushed beyond its previous point of failure thus maintaining the muscle building process. Aim to increase the weight when you reach six to eight reps and failure does not occur.

Change the exercise
To achieve maximal gains, all muscle fibers in a body part must be trained. Introducing a new exercise will stimulate growth.

Reduce rest intervals
Giving the muscles less time to recover before exposing them to further work has the effect of increasing intensity.

Introduce supersets
This involves performing two exercises for the same muscle group without a rest interval. This means you have to utilize different muscle fi…
