Three Fat Loss Weapons

The three weapons that I'm going to talk about are common but you don't know they have the power to burn fat in your body. The best thing is that these are common in our Kitchen. 

We already know that eating the right food will help us lose weight and that many of the food that you are currently eating are needed to maintain optimal health. But did you know that sprinkling some of these spices on your food helps in metabolism and fat burning?
These spices not only add flavor to our food but also help in burning fats and increasing our metabolism. 

1. Chili Pepper

Sprinkle a little of Chili Powder on your Chicken and Meat and enjoy it as you know you are burning fat in your body! They also increase your metabolism.

2. Turmeric

This is a popular spice used in Indian dishes and Curries. Turmeric is full of antioxidants and can lower inflammation levels in your body.  This leads to greater functioning of cells and specially fat cells leading to better fat loss.

3. Cinnamon

Cinnamon is great at controlling blood sugar levels. This sweet smelling spice has been used by diabetics most often. It results in less insulin released, therefore less sugar gets stored as fat. 

Eating the right food and exercising can help you get a healthier body, but if you want to add a little more spice to your fat burning include all the three spices listed above to do the trick!

Add Intensity To Your Muscle Building Workout

One of the biggest difficulties facing bodybuilders is how can they be sure that all muscle fibers have been recruited and exhausted during a given exercise and it is only by achieving this that muscle gains can be maximized.

Few techniques that will help to increase your muscle growth:

Increase resistance
Increasing the weight lifted in meaningful increments ensures the muscle is pushed beyond its previous point of failure thus maintaining the muscle building process. Aim to increase the weight when you reach six to eight reps and failure does not occur.

Change the exercise
To achieve maximal gains, all muscle fibers in a body part must be trained. Introducing a new exercise will stimulate growth.

Reduce rest intervals
Giving the muscles less time to recover before exposing them to further work has the effect of increasing intensity.

Introduce supersets
