The three weapons that I'm going to talk about are common but you don't know they have the power to burn fat in your body. The best thing is that these are common in our Kitchen. 

We already know that eating the right food will help us lose weight and that many of the food that you are currently eating are needed to maintain optimal health. But did you know that sprinkling some of these spices on your food helps in metabolism and fat burning?
These spices not only add flavor to our food but also help in burning fats and increasing our metabolism.

Avocado Smoothie

Avocadocontains healthy fats which are essential for our body. Avocado smoothie is not just healthy its delicious.

You will need:

* Avocado
* A glass of Skimmed Milk
* Honey or three tablespoons of Sugar 


1. Take the avocado and remove its peel gently with a peeler.
2. Cut the Avocado into halves and remove the seed.
3. Then cut the Avocado halves into small cubes or slices.
4. Add the Avocado Slices/Cubes into a blender.
5. Add Milk and Sugar.

Fat Loss Fruits

Consuming fruits will help you lose weight, not their juice. Juice have more calories than just the fruit.
* Bananas are low in calories ie. one banana is of 100 calories and have plenty of fiber and resistant starch. 
Resistant starches are carbohydrates which act like dietary fiber. 
* They give satiety value.
* Bananas also have tons of Vitamins and Minerals like Potassium, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Calcium and many more.

Bananas are also known as 'Athlete's Food.'

Eating Healthy During Ramadan

During Ramadan our food cravings increase and by the end of Ramadan we gain loads and loads of fat. It becomes really difficult for us to lose those heavy pounds quickly. Here are few healthy eating tips to reduce those cravings and you will not feel as hungry as before.
1. Drink Water. When you wake up at 4am to have your fulfilling meal, have few dates and drink lots and lots of water. Wait for sometime till your brain gets the signal that your stomach is almost full. Then go for the other food choices. This will decrease your fat intake. Drinking lots of water helps to keep you hydrated, since your body might get dehydrated due to fasting.
2. When you open your fast, have few dates and drink lots of water again. Choose fruits first so that your body can get the nutrients required as well as fill your hungry tummy. Then if you still feel hungry go for one or two fat food, not more than that

Healthy Salad

Ingredients :
* 6 leaves of Lettuce
* 1 Tomato
* 1 Carrot
* 1/2 Bell Pepper (If they are small you can take one whole.)
* 1/2 Lemon
* 7 Almonds
* 2 tbsp of Olive Oil
* 1 tbsp of Egg white (Optional)
* 1/2 tsp of Salt/Sugar (If the sourness doesn't please you.)

1. Chop the leaves of lettuce to a small size. Small size makes it easier for you to consume.
2. Cut Carrot, Bell Pepper and Tomato into small cubes.
3. Soak Almonds in warm water to make them softer. This makes it easy to peel them off. Chop them. 
4. Combine all of these together. Squeeze lemon and add its juice into the mixture. 
5. Add Salt or Sugar if you want.
6. (Optional) Add the egg white into the combination. I love Egg whites so I usually add them to Salads, Smoothies and most of the things I prepare. 
7. Finally, top with olive oil.

Makes one serving.
Its up to you to add as many veggies as you want.

1. Start with your breakfast. Look for whole grain cereals or oatmeal. Add few fruits and nuts.

Flourless Black Bean Brownies | Jayson Hunter

You will need:
- 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
- 1 c. unsalted butter
- 2 c. canned black beans, drained well
- 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
- 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 c. instant coffee grounds
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. light agave syrup

Method of Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 325 F. Line a baking pan (11 X 13) with parchment paper. 
2. Melt the chocolate and butter in a glass bowl in the microwave for 2 minutes. Once melted completely, stir with a spoon. 
3. Place the beans, 1 scoop protein powder, the vanilla extract and 4-5 spoonfuls of melted chocolate mixture into the food processor. Blend until the beans are smooth.
4. In a large bowl, mix together the walnuts and 1 more scoop of protein powder. Add the remaining melted chocolate mixture, coffee grounds and salt. Mix well.
5. In a separate bowl, with a mixer, beat the eggs until light, about a minute.

Cause once you start with your vacation, you forget about your workouts and your diet. All you do is, enjoy the beach with a nice drink and fill your tummy to the fullest. It's time to stop these vacation extra pounds from taking control of your body. I know, Vacations are the perfect time to enjoy much needed rest and relaxation. But just because you take a leave from your job or stay away from home doesn't mean you have to be away from your workouts too.
