Breakfast

Do you run for School or work without having a breakfast? and by mid-morning you find your energy levels zapped and you feel like you have nothing left to give? Yes? Then this is for you.
By now, you've probably heard that breakfast is the meal of champions and most importantly, it is the most important meal of the day.

When you go to sleep, your body goes through the complicated process of repairing nutrients and refreshing the cells in your body. And when you wake up in the morning, your blood sugar levels may be lower than you would typically expect. This leads to hunger and symptoms related to low blood sugar.

- If you were to have breakfast, you would be replenishing your body with the energy it needs to start your day.
- But if you don't have breakfast, you may find sluggishness, tiredness and of course hunger throughout morning until you eat again.
